Changes Yehwang policy per December the 1st

Dear Yehwang Customer,

 
We would like to inform you of some important changes effective from December 1, 2023.

 
At Yehwang, we are constantly striving to improve our services and find ways to offer you an even better shopping experience. That's why we have decided to make some changes. In this email, we will update you on the seven major changes.

 
1.  Shipping Costs

 
Starting from December 1, 2023, we are adjusting our shipping costs to make them fairer and more transparent. Shipping costs will now be based on two key factors: the country in which you reside and the weight of your package. This change allows us to align shipping costs more accurately with the expenses we incur and distribute rates more fairly among all our customers, regardless of their location. Shipping costs will be visible during the checkout process.

 
2.   Minimum Order Amount

 
Great news! Starting from December 1, 2023, Yehwang will no longer have a minimum order amount. You can now order as much or as little as you like and enjoy our products without mandatory minimum requirements.
If you have forgotten something with your order, you can easily place a new order without a minimum order value. It is not possible to change an existing order.

 
3.   Volume Discounts

 
Our volume discount policy is changing. Starting tomorrow, you will receive volume discounts on all products on our website, including promotional items. Here's how it works: when you spend €200, you'll receive a 3% volume discount, €500 will get you a 4% volume discount, €1000 will be 5%, and for €2000, you'll enjoy an impressive 8% discount on your purchase. 

 
4.  Quantity Discounts

 
At Yehwang, we reward larger orders! Purchase 5 to 9 units of the same product and receive an additional 3% discount. Order 10 to 19 of the same product, and you'll get a 5% extra discount. If you order 20 or more products of the same item, we have a 7% additional discount waiting for you. And don't forget, you can also take advantage of our volume discounts. 5. Minimum sales price

 
The minimum sales price per product is stated on our website. You are supposed to maintain the minimum sales price in your store/webshop. It is not permitted to offer products below the minimum sales price.
For some products no minimum sales price is stated. You can calculate this yourself by multiplying the purchase price by 3 or times 3.5.
If you are below the sales price, we will send you a message asking you to increase the price.

 
6. Discounts

 
If you have purchased a product from us for the original purchase price and it is on discount for a few days, we will not reimburse the discount amount.

 
7. Return conditions

 
We would like to point out that you can return your order within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt, we advise you to check your products immediately and you can report defects in your account through a return request.
After this period of 7 days, it is no longer possible to submit a return request.
