Please log in by using your business account. Use the ‘add to cart’ button to add products to your shopping cart. Once you’re done shopping, click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner to get an overview of your order. Please check the products in your cart and your personal details carefully and update them if needed. Finally, select your preferred payment mode and finalize your order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Through pre-orders it is possible to reserve certain products. These are products that have already been re-ordered by us and are on their way to our warehouse. Pre-orders must always be paid in advance.

For every order € 50,00 excl. VAT is the minimum value per order. This also includes pre-orders and special pre-orders.

We indeed work with volume discounts which are valid both in our online store as well as our showrooms. Discounts are as follows: 
    • 10%  off orders over €200.00
    • 12%  off orders over €400.00
    • 15% off orders over €800.00
    • 17% off orders over €1000.00
    • 20% off orders over €3000.00
    • 21% off orders over €5000.00
    • 22% off orders over €10000.00
    • Please contact us on orders over €20,000.00
These discounts will automatically be applied to your cart.  Please note that up to one discount can be used per order. The highest discount applies. Discounts DO NOT apply to clothing and discounted products。
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you didn’t receive an email please check your spam folder. Still no e-mail? Unfortunately it looks like something went wrong when you filled out your details. Check and change your details through your account. 
If you did not receive an order confirmation despite all details being correct then please contact our customer service through helpdesk@yehwang.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

It is not possible to cancel finalized orders.  Items in your confirmed order cannot be exchanged nor can items be added to a finalized order. Any additions to your order need to be placed on a separate order. 

Discounts linked to holidays that are applicable to all of our customers are automatically applied to your shopping cart. (For example Black Friday, Daily Deals and Yehwang Day). Personal vouchers and discount codes can be added to your shopping cart at the last step during checkout. This is done at the same page where delivery and invoice addresses are selected. 

Our stock varies greatly by product. Unfortunately, it is not possible to replenish each stocked-out item. Please hit the Back in Stock notice button so we can contact you when a product is back in stock.
