Frequently Asked Questions

An item can be returned if it’s defective or incorrect. In case an item is different than you had expected it can also be returned to us but shipping costs won’t be refunded by us.

The return shipment must comply with the following:
- products may only be returned within 14 days of receipt. Therefore, please always thoroughly check your order upon receipt.
- products should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- sale items are excluded from the return policy.
Returned items that do not comply with the above will be refused and returned to sender with postage due.

Go to ‘My orders’ in your Yehwang account and select the order that you’re not happy with. Then hit the ‘Returns Application’ button and fill in the product quantity and return reason. In case you submit a return request because you received a defective or incorrect item it will be mandatory to attach a picture of this item.
After you submit your return request you will be able to retrieve this order in the ‘Returns’ section within ‘My orders’. We will get back to you by email within 3 working days after submitting your request. You will also notice that the status of your request will have changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’. With this status change you will be notified whether products need to be returned to us or not.
In case products do need to be returned to us this needs to be done within the following 7 days. Please fill in the courier name and tracking number in your return request.
After the products have been received by us store credit plus any possible shipping fees will be issued to your Yehwang account within 3 working days. In case defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned to us store credit will be issued immediately.

After you submit your return request you will be able to retrieve this order in the ‘Returns’ section within ‘My orders’. We will get back to you by email within 3 working days after submitting your request. You will also notice that the status of your request will have changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’. If your request was approved, store credit will have been issued to your Yehwang account immediately.
